This Privacy Policy describes how GreenSpark Software Inc. (“GreenSpark,” “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information that we collect through our digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy, including our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), as well as through social media, our marketing activities and other activities described in this Privacy Policy.

GreenSpark may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies to individuals for specific products or services that we offer at the time we collect personal information.

GreenSpark provides a software platform to streamline and modernize operations and workflows for the metal recycling industry. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our enterprise customers (such as metal recyclers) while providing the GreenSpark platform to them. Our use of this information is restricted by our agreements with those enterprise customers. If you have concerns regarding personal information that we process on behalf of an enterprise customer, please direct your concerns to that enterprise customer.

Our websites, products and services are designed for enterprise customers (in other words, businesses and their representatives). We do not offer products or services for use by individuals for their personal, family or household purposes. Accordingly, we treat all personal information we collect as pertaining to individuals in their capacities as enterprise customer representatives and not their individual capacities.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We may use third party services provided by FullStory that employ software code to record users’ interactions with the Services in a manner that allows us to watch DVR-like replays of those user sessions. The replays include users’ clicks, mobile app touches, mouse movements, scrolls and keystrokes/key touches during those sessions. These replays help us diagnose usability problems and identify areas for improvement.
